People were very friendly and helpful, understood what I was looking for and allowed me to test a couple of bikes to see which one I would prefer. They also supplied the accessories that I needed to make the bike work for me.

They were very friendly and professional both when I went in to drop off my bike and when I went to pick it up. Only thing is that I wish they had sent a reminder after a couple weeks when I forgot to pick it up, but they didn't complain or charge me for holding it for a while, which was really nice of them. I'll definitely be going back for any bike needs in the future!
Zion cyclery is one of the best cyclerys in the area. Work is done instantly, sometimes while you wait. Some cyclerys have a week long wait to change a rim. This would be done in 5 minutes at Zion cyclery. The people at Zion cyclery know what they are doing. They are fast, efficient, and and experts in quality. Prices are great too!

Fast and friendly
I like you carry high end products, parts, and gear. Wish you had more BMX but that's not going to happen. but I ride MTB now and you usually have great stuff like Diety stems, industry nine stems. I just wish you carried more cranks, just more of everything. whatever you get you get very little. You carry a lot of trek bikes with it was more but most shops carry mostly trek bikes. want more cool accessories in different colors. some Middle brands like PNW would be nice too or title products

Huge selection of bikes and very helpful service
Zion Cyclery employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to answer our questions and help us determine the best bike for our needs. They also delivered the bike to our house, and were able to set it up for my son. They are a great place to shop!
We went in with a flat tire. The repairman encountered a tricky situation as he worked to repair it. We were impressed with his diligence to take the necessary steps to fix it in such a way that we wouldn’t have problems with the tire going forward. He apologized for the delay, yet we were happy he took the additional time needed to solve an unforeseen problem. Both staff members were pleasant and helpful. Our only store for our bike needs!
