I ride a recumbent trike because of a spinal cord injury and my chain broke on the Sunday morning before Labor Day. And your sister store in Highland Park came to the bike trail with a van and brought me to the store fixed the chain and I was back on the road in 30 minutes

My 14 year old son loves to skid his back tire to the point the tire was completely smooth. It finally popped so I took the wheel into the Trek Store in Highland Park. They laughed. Hard. And I walked out of there with a brand new tire and inner tube fitted just 10 minutes later and at a reasonable price. I'll be back when he wears this one out which shouldn't be too long!

Always knowledgeable and reliable. Sometimes repairs take too long primarily due need to order parts that have to be delivered via third parties. Is it possible to stock more parts locally?
Having been to both stores KC and staff are very knowledgably across the spectrum, so if you are seeking tech data related to a certain brake set up let's say, no problem. Same conforms to general bike knowledge, cycling history, trends and your preferences! Puts the LBS into focus!
