I came in to purchase a Trek Checkpoint that the Highland Park store said Zion had in stock. As soon as I walked in Niko asked me what he could help with and assisted me from start to finish with the purchase. He was patient with the amount of questions I had and very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed working with him and loved the atmosphere of the store.

We were very impressed with the assistance provided by Doug Strathern. We had bike needs for twin ten year olds - boy and girl, very different interests - and their 14 year old brother. We learned a lot about "bikeology" and how to manage the needs and expectations of the kids. We bought three bikes we would never have guessed were the right ones.
Well staffed and well stocked store. There are no other shops in the area that compare.

The tune up service was excellent. A derailleur problem was corrected and the bike was ready the next day. Definitely will be coming back for service here.
