I have a request in right now to replace my Sentricard. It cracked in a box or due to the cold. I think it was the box because when it happened it not only cracked it, it bent it as well. I know that you have only negotiated with Sentricard to replace them for free when the chip is defective, but I think that is ridiculous! I did nothing to damage this card. I paid full price for it originally, (I missed out on the deal). It did not get damaged through any actions of my own. It was either a faulty box or a faulty card. For all I know it had a tiny crack in it when it was issued to me and then became larger with time. I can't afford and don't want to pay every time this flimsy plastic breaks. They should be guaranteed by Sentricard and they should either replace them for free or make them out of tougher material.
You should of made a better deal to protect your REALTORS. Maybe 3 replacement ones and after that you have to pay or something. That would be fair.
Fast access to staff, when necessary. The folks in professional standards especially are AWESOME.

1. No response from my March 20th required submission of one day code (potential violation) explanation of doing what was best for this particular seller who died in his home in the middle of the night. I submitted a lengthy explanation of the tragic chain of events that followed. It is unbelievable that the board has still not acknowledged this horrible story and explanation of acting in the seller’s best interest Even though they were to meet March 24th.
2. No response or comment regarding lack of service from the Sentri-lock, a service paid for by our agents! (Which was the initial cause of this unfortunate incident.)
3. Extremely disappointed with this lengthy process and additional stress caused, going on and on for over a month in total now.
4. Why can't the board get together? Yes, a member was ill, and they could not meet, that was nearly a month ago.
What if it were you? How would you feel about the board that is representing our agents and cannot take the time to even discuss via conference call.
After 20 years with a perfect record I am beyond dissatisfied. Waiting for this outcome and potential violation for doing only what the seller wanted and needed, in a terrible situation. This is horrible to go through every day that passes…
I am not proud to be a member of this board at this time.

One day codes being eliminated is a problem. I am concerned any time Associations start dictating Broker decisions.

The people. The staff members are very professional and friendly.
The service is always top notch whenever I call or come in to the offices. It's especially important for REALTORS to know their association is there for them. I appreciate the information on so many subject relating to our market place. I also appreciate the excellent classes offered to members. Education is more than CE. We must keep up to date with the changes in our industry and Mainstreet helps me do just that. Thank you, Mainstreet.

Real people answer the phone or respond in a timely manner when I send an email. Also the Assn has relevant and timely education courses that keep me up-to-date about changes in our profession.
