I was working a broker name Marcel Sadus of US Realty. He simply walked away with over 30 real state agents. I have contacted MORe and they were not able to do anything for help any of us out. We have lost our commission and our attorney fees. There are over 30 cases against him pending. He simply filed for bankrupty and walked away. MORe did not do anything to help me or any of the other MORe members. I am sure no one will respond to this survey also. We tried to get something from real estate recovery fund but they flat out refuse to help us. MORe want their fees ontime but when it is time to help the realtors, they are not available.
Everything excepting the call answering service. I personally think it's a first point of contact and it seems whenever I call in, I land in the voice mail system.

When ever I have a problem or a question, you are able to provide me with the solution or steer me in the right direction to resolve my problem or question with friendly service.
I am always directed to the staff that can best assist me in a timely manner. They are courteous and give a response to my inquiries.

A lot of information comes to Realtors and we have to go through a lot to find the info that would be helpful. It would be great if incoming info was pre-selected to include just the data most likely to be of interest.

You need to work on your technology reliability. I feel it is very piece meal and not user friendly at all.

Education
You always have someone available who is knowledgeable and able to answer questions. I like the amount of classes available for CE credits and designations.
I think the association has become to focused on issues effecting the area surround the MORe office in Downers Grove, and lost touch with the balance of geography the organization is suppose to be serving.
