Lower our fees. I have a past agent wanting to come back into the business from Iowa. She is upset how much everything has gone up and really doesn't have the funds to pay all the fees to join with two kids in college and one starting high school. It's sad, she was a great agent.

Much more reasonable price wise than Chicago's and I like all the contracts and forms. I wish the contracts could be accessed through the MLS like Chicago association. Other than that Mainstreet is a better Organization.

When I have called with information regarding continuing education classes you have been very helpful. The woman I contacted didn't have the info for me immediately but emailed me a few weeks later when it became available. I really appreciated that she didn't forget me.
