The new procedure for October fest is very disheartening we pay our dues and for all the years I've been a member this has always been complimentary. It adds value to the community and Foster's relationships with vendors. To charge a fee if not signed up in time is surprising.

As a part time REALTOR I don’t get the benefit of classes and other activities because they are only offered during 9 - 5 business hours. I pay the same dues and fees as full time REALTOR’S and I’m disappointed that I’m not considered important enough to be included in your scheduling. I’ve made this point several times and clearly it falls on deaf ears. I provide the same services as full time REALTORS to the Buyers, Sellers and Investors that I work with yet I don’t have access to the resources they have access to. Just call me disappointed!
