Your customer service, classes, and your personnel is the best! If it wasn't for Latrice Rone, I wouldn't know where to be. She is so helpful and considerate!
Mainstreet does a good job with education and all-around services.
With that said, it's surprising that Mainstreet would also make the awful, ridiculous, and detrimental decision to ban one-day codes. Agents are forced to get around this by using alternative methods. When these other methods won't work for that situation, our clients lose showings and other agents laugh at us for being so incompetent as to not even be able to show a house we're trying to sell.

In the time that I have been a member of Mainstreet I have experienced a team committed to helping its members reach their goals. I have taken many classes in the pass and intend to take more classes in the future. Regina Jordon and the education team are Fabulous. Regina has kept me up to date on classes that I knew I was interested in taking and classes that I knew nothing about. She has coordinated with other boards to ensure that my desires were realized into accomplishments. I found myself without access to a Sentri lockbox ( I forgot my key at the office :-( ). Regina connected me to Teresa and she walk we through until my ipad gained me access, Teresa never complained about my multiple calls back to her. When I called Sentri directly they were not Helpful at all. When the client expects to see a property and you can't get access, it is not a good day. While the events are great for getting leads, I have yet to get any referrals from other members.

I can not imagine under what scenario I would refer a person to a professional Realtors board for? As a realtor I am required to be a member and that is fine, but why would I refer you to a friend or business associate? Unless they were interested in getting into the Real Estate business what would be the purpose?
How easy it is to find information and everyone is very helpful.
Some of the education classes are a little redundant - hard to make them different, I agree, but with what I see out there, even the 2year CE doesn't seem to be making a difference on the day to day rules. There are a lot who don't know what they are doing.
I always recommend mainstreet for classes though. I just wish so many were at the sat facilities - not via video. I understand why though.
I rely on them for the conduct of my business.
