They have gotten much friendlier over the years at A.H. location. Online services and data is awesome for the most part - timeliness of trends and data is getting longer and longer each month so much so that the data is 4-5 weeks old. We just got July and it's September. Doesn't look good to the client when it's so old.
Wish they still had the store and could work something out with Sentrilock and agents so we didn't have to belong and pay for two boards. I believe in Sentrilock and wish it could be enforced. Else, all is good. Thanks!
I feel association is doing a good job of working in Realtors best interest
The association people are always knowledgeable to answer any questions or concerns.
When I call, I always receive a fast response (either live or a call back), the CE classes are excellent (especially Lynn Madison), and the applications are always improving.
