After a while I felt my input was not valued. That is why I stop coming to committed meeting. The drive for me was a long one and I feel that most the Leader already have in their mind what should be done and don't really hear outside thought.

The variety and quality of events and classes. The topics for signature events are current and forward looking. When you call or use chat, someone is there.
I recently experienced the most rigged ethics hearing in April. There were multiple instances where Mainstreet and the hearing panel were biased with how they handled my hearing after learning the complainant’s broker was the CAR President, affiliated with NAR and the Director of Mainstreet was the complainant’s former employer. As a witness of the complainant, Ms. Drussy was allowed to speak (out of order) and influence the panel’s decision. According to the ethics procedure in no instance does a witness interrogate or cross any participant during the hearing. The chairperson allowed this action 3 times. Andrea Davis encouraged me to file a complaint but then changed her tune when she learned Ms Drussy’s attachment to the case. I am very dissapointed with the unethical handling of my hearing and see firsthand that Mainstreet only cares about dollars. My small brokerage will never be treated fairly in any case. Thankfully Ms Drussy was asked to step down at CAR. I will never recommend Mainstreet to anyone.
