When I have questions the staff is always helpful and able to give me answers or direct me to where I can get help. I never feel that I am bothering them.
Good classes/seminars/coffee talk etc for all types of education.
When I tried to pay online, the website was down. I was finally able to pay but incurred a late fee unfortunately.
Instructors, staff, services, organized, up to date
fees are bit to high
Informative
Cost is less than other associations and availability is awesome when needing answers to real estate questions.
ease of use
We should have the option of monthly, or quarterly dues payment so that the largest payment isn't due just before Christmas.
Easier access to information we should have the right to….. an app that works, the ability to text listings to our client. I hand information at our fingertips listed/unlisted. It should not be easier to use competitor sites who purchase our information. We should be cunning edge
Too many fees
Your value to realtors is minimal, but you always increase our fees. NAR isn't questionable they have NO value. plus their impact is Zero at the government level.
Just joined this year your org after beeing acar meme er and due to major disorganizsation lately within car. To find quite a bit more of disorganisation here. Since I joined every class I tried to join and was entitled to did not happen, wethere it would be retake orientation or tne fair housing series. Call for help and they creat a mess. They even messaged my managing broker when all is your fault! Did not start getting any mainstreet emails until 4 months after jouning. Trying to sign up to attend a free fairhousing webinar and your system does no let me sign up, a glitch. Call in answer is they are working on it, they dont even know what webinars I m talking about to sign me up directly. Extremelu disapoonted so far . We pay so much money to belong to this orgs, that seem to have no benefit at all for us whatsover.
Always responsive. Good free events.
Fees too high.
Mainstreet has a very friendly staff and has provided a variety of activities for members to engage and learn at the same time. It provides many ways to take classes and can easily take a course that fits into any Agents schedule
Everyone seems to be so nice, helpful and friendly! All the programs are very good!!
Too many to list
I strongly believe that Mainstreet should have a much better process in place of including the broker affected in reviewing concerns about the broker that are brought to Mainstreet's attention. As a new broker a fine was levied against me as a result of another broker bringing a charge to Mainstreet's attention. The issue was reviewed, I was determined to be at fault, a fine was determined and ONLY THEN was I notified of the issue. I was given NO opportunity to address the situation when it was brought to Mainstreet's attention and was told if I did attempt to address the situation the fine could be increased (great way to keep folks in line I guess). The situation occurred nearly a year ago and I still find it incredibly disheartening that I was basically convicted of something with absolutely no say in the matter until AFTER it was settled.
Too expensive, does absolutely nothing for me. Would not be a member if I didn't have to.
On the Main Street website, all the videos, forms, and other data to open need a date of currency. This way with the current changes are known better.
Very helpful when I called . Walked me through whenever needed help . Great association
When calling with transaction-related questions, there needs to be more assistance to the agents. The few times I called, basically, the person assisting washes their hands and do not provide any REAL answers to the situation. Basically, just refer to the attorney handling the transaction. So, my question is...why do we have "legal assistance" for real estate agents?
I did not receive the automated reminder phone calls regarding the dues and was charged a late fee, after being a member for over 25 years. A good business practice would be to waive a late fee.
I am disillusioned about the latest legal cases against realtors in the US.
I have heard it said that realtors have always had flexibility when establishing commissions and splits for listings.
It is true however that in order to input a listing or sell a listing in the mls cooperative offers needed to be included so there was not that much flexibility after all and if customers are winning lawsuits then who is to blame.?
OUR MLS is no longer ours. You let NON Realtors in and gave it away.
Decrease the fees
Fees are too high for what is provided. No co-operation for new realtors that are struggling . The moment you late, you contact the managing broker and embarrass the heck out of people.
I think the service is good very good but of course it’s the only I know

Lots of classes available, certifications, etc. The help dek is great!
