The ethics committee and their fines are unfair. And the fine does not match the "violation". There were extenuating circumstances in my case and they did not consider that at all. And if I chose to try to appeal it and the excessive fine, I could be fined even more and given more punishment. I have been licensed since 1989 and have NEVER EVER HAD ONE COMPLAINT AGAINST ME except this one! $3000 fine for this is outrageous. The moment I can have MLS access without having to pay the Realtor dues, my company and I am out! It's a complete money grab by Mainstreet and the Realtor Association and they DO NOT CARE anything about us - especially in this market where everyone is struggling. I hope there is an antitrust lawsuit against the Realtor Associations for forcing us to pay their fees in order to belong to the MLS and forcing us to pay excessive fines. That is a clear Anti-trust violation and the attorneys running the class action lawsuits and the DOJ will realize that soon and make some changes. I am extremely disappointed in Mainstreet.
I appreciate the amount of meetings and trainings that are being offered right now for agents to make sure we are educated and can move forward in our business professionally and ethically. Thank you for all you do.

I think the fees are too much and are required too often.
Cost of membership and semi annual and annual mandatory “other” fees are too high. Most services and features are above what the avg agent needs or wants to pay for. Mandatory contributions for National and State legal expenses and advertising should be repealed.
You do provide classes and sessions that are most interesting- I would like more convenience when paying due and that is to be able to pay with various credit card options, just in case the fees are too much to put on 1 credit card or debit card. Thank you

Get rid of Private listings. The home is either ready to go on the market, or it's not. This Private listing has become a strategy for brokers to withhold the property for all to see. A total disservice to our clients.

I feel like the technology side of things is antiquated.
For instance, the automated template for forms always defaults to the Seller side with all of our info. Why couldn't we have a toggle buttom at the top where we could choose Seller or Buyer and then all of our data would be in the right spot instead of having to clear it out and start over each time.
Also, when searching and sending private listings to a client, we have to add the field.
"Can this listing be shared Yes or No" I almost always have to go back and redo the search to set up an automated prospect to include PLN listings that they want.
