Mainstreet has the best Forms & Education!! They are a wealth of resources from classes, tutorials, events, news, trade missions, their staff and their members.
We need an in-person RENE class. NOT LYNN MADISON as the educator. Though she has a wealth of knowledge she's very redundant and all her classes teach the same content no matter what the name of the class is. Lynn Madison spends too much time answering questions rather than teaching the class which makes it hard to gather information in a group setting. I have been searching for a RENE ACCREDITATION CLASS, I have not been able to find one in my area.

I appreciate that Main Street and it's Employees are on top of the latest changes in our Industry and that they share, communicate and provide education in as quick a mannor as they can.
They are weeks and months ahead of ofther Associations when it comes to alerting us to change!!! Especially this year when changes are coming hot and heavy and often!!!! Well done Main Street and its Staff.

The fact you’re not trying to support your Realtor’s and are actively taking part in this commission issue and not fighting back for the people who pay your salaries while the DOJ is trying to put us out of business makes me not want to be a Realtor. At least Washington state is saying this is a fair housing violation and making commission become secretive versus transparent, as it previously was, is deplorable on our organization which is supposed to support us. I am done donating to any issue which “supports” us and can’t wait until NAR is disband.
Always answer any questions I have.....I hope you help us all through this big change in August.

Create less legalize forms, such as The Exclusive Buyers Agreement. The North Shore form is an easier buyer friendly form.

The many great events and services that MORE have, very much show them as a leader in all of the real estate organizations existing in the Chicagoland area(s).
Various classes are offered, volunteer opportunities are available, keeping us updated with real estate news and the staff is very helpful.

Mainstreet is pro-active in getting the latest education and information out to its members. With foresight on how to help its members navigate changes in the real estate market, Mainstreet has been in the forefront to embrace changes and educate its members on how to navigate these changes.
The website has the most up to date real estate transaction forms with many of the forms having tutorials on how to use them.
The staff is very knowledgeable, patient and courteous and can respond to member questions and help members resolve their issues.
Mainstreet provides many additional member benefits like access to FOREWARN which helps realtors stay safe.
