How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

No one day sentrilock codes allowed specificall by this board. Also i got a false call saying i owed dues, i panicked as to what happened to my payment only to be told by a rep w maonstreet the call was an error.

What could we do to improve?

Based on conversations with other appraisers across the country your service is superior but it is geared towards realtors not appraisers. Appraisers are required to pay the same membership dues as realtors. Maybe improving services to appraisers is in order

Called in for help and finally someone very nice and helpful answered.

What could we do to improve?

From the managing broker perspective, it would be nice to have a MORE contact reach out and be a company liaison; from an agent point of view, preferred having one day codes as an option.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Offer some classes in the evenings or on weekends. I cannot attend anything available, so I'm not getting much out of my fees.

Also, the required key locks are EXPENSIVE, especially for a new agent. I also wasn't able to show my clients anything until I received your key card, so it made for an extremely poor experience.
