The association attempts to gear services around the needs of its realtors, as an example, I wish it would've happened a bit sooner, but I'm glad one day codes are returning, I understand the downside, however the upside is our homeowner and buyer clients will receive better service.

It's a well-run organization, always there to meet your needs in a proficient manner. The in-class instructors, especially Lynn Madison, are top notch.
I like the proactive manner in which MORe supports Realtors and our businesses. The Education Department is particularly strong in presenting and providing educational topics which are important to me; they offer cost-effective and timely programs in a highly professional manner. The facility housing MORe is undergoing renovations to provide high quality and technologically advanced environments......all subsidized by our dues. A great investment!

great service, benefits, and training
I'm a new agent. As a new agent, it is difficult to generate business. As I grow as an agent, getting business would get easier. As a new agent, I pay the same monies that an experienced agent pays to be a part of your organization.
I feel that is unfair. If you structured your fees in an escalating structure, meaning that the rookies pay less the first few years and then after being in the field for some time, they pay what the experienced agents pay. In my opinion, that would be fair.
At this time, you are not fair. It seems you want my money, irrespective of the fact and not caring of the fact, that I may not be generating the income an experienced agent generates.
So, the answer to your question is, be fair in your fee structure.
If anyone actually reads this, my sincere thanks to you for doing so.
Well its the only association that ever been a part of! I like when I call my questions get answered right away! I love the classes and training that is offered!
Encourage agents that to reply to all feedback requests. This affects everyone in our trans-
actions. If an agent would respond back to a item that needs attention on a property and the seller takes action to correct it, it may result in a sale!

there are so many FREE services offered; I dont think any other association offers as much!
