Hard to say without being familiar with other organizations....
Well to start with how about a little more reminder on the annual dues. I did not have a reminder email for my dues I just received one on November 7th----I would have loved at least one or even 2 reminders from the accounting department since this is such a hectic season----I did get the your late note though on the seventh with a 30.00 late fee---so there goes what I would have donated to Rpac. Since I rely heavily on the paper stataments to keep me on track and you decided to go paperless to save on postage the least you can do is send us at least two reminders before the due date. I get constant emails from MORE--why cant you just remind us at least twice at the end of the month. Just saying----NOT HAPPY.
