The anonymous MLS "turn-in" is not an effective method as agents should pick up the phone and talk to other agents if they "think" there is an error. Most of the time it is petty ridiculous or a small error which is easily corrected. Some of the time it is agents whom are vindictive against a particular agent wanting to find a reason to report that agent for an issue. That is wrong. If this was not anonymous- the small issues would go away. The serious issues would STILL be reported.
When was the last time there was something complimentary at more without a fee?

Interesting choice of words for the question with the presumption of negativity that MORE has disappointed. I chose 5 because I would recommend it for suburban agents, and I would recommend CAR for Chicago agents. No bias either way.

Phone system needs improvement. Waited on hold for long periods of time only to have someone answer and transfer me. When transferred, the line hung up. This happened 3 times. Very frustrating.
