Barbara at the Tinley office is quite friendly, and even provided sandwiches, I believe for the "Jump Start" continuing education class two weeks ago. She seems very knowledgable.

I submitted several VALID violations against one agent on a recent deal that fell through. I never heard anything back or follow-up. Disappointing.
