Barbara at the Tinley office is quite friendly, and even provided sandwiches, I believe for the "Jump Start" continuing education class two weeks ago. She seems very knowledgable.

What could we do to improve?

I submitted several VALID violations against one agent on a recent deal that fell through. I never heard anything back or follow-up. Disappointing.

Since I am a new agent I have not had any experiences with other organizations. I have been very pleased with all of the services and what Mainstreet has to offer. Looking forward to more great opportunities and classes with Mainstreet. Thank you!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I do not feel that our local office is friendly and has the tools we need to be successful. They do not even carry marketing tools we need in a hurry.
