Website is not complicated to use. Keeps me well informed. Location is close to my home. A variety of classes to attend or choose from. Phone reminders of my fee due dates (love it! helps keep me on track b/c I do not check the MORe website regularly).

have more live in person classes at your satellite offices. My 8-hour orientations are grueling to sit and the setting is not comfortable.
Your members who belongs to the satellite offices are equally important as your members who visit your Downer's Grove office. More quality assurance and consideration should be given to provide in person lectures and training classes. We pay the same amount of dues as the Downer's Grove office.
