I feel your organization is a very efficient and well organized and it provides most if not all the tools that the real estate broker needs.

I sent an email to Kim and did not get a response. Here it is again: what friend or business associate would I be referring Mainstreet to? I don't understand.

No disappointment at all. It's just that I just figured you're either a member of MORe, or you are not. I cannot think of any opportunity I've ever had where I'd need to recommend MORe to anyone. Maybe I need to be educated on who I could recommend and why?? I'm guessing I'm not the only one who is in the same boat as me??

I just don't think I would have that come up in conversation that I would recommend it.
I am disappointed that in our dues, there are mandatory fees that we shouldn't have to pay if we don't want to.
We are getting larger in numbers as we keep adding associations and it seems our dues keep going up. We were told when we joined MORE, our dues would go down. What happened to that?

My business associates are all a part of Mainstreet, it's not like we have a choice.

I was very happy to receive the voice mail notice for my bill payment. I usually try to pay when I receive them. This one I let slip and probably would have received a late payment if I had not received the voice message reminder.
This is only one very small example of the many services that show that MORE is looking out for their members.
Wow, I just (like a minute ago) phoned your offices and told the nice woman who answered the phone how wonderful I thought it was that we had an automatic phone system that reminded me to pay my quarterly dues. I interact with soooo many organizations that claim that I'm important while keeping me on hold, or just seem to put up with whatever, MORe and all employees that I've EVER interacted with seem like friends or family that really care! I'd be willing to bet that turn over is low because everyone seems to enjoy there jobs. Usually, when I phone, I'm phoning with a problem, they are always solved with grace and humor. Thanks.

As an appraiser, The NAR and local Realtor Organizations force us to pay as much as huge Realty Firms, take our money and then use it to fight us politically. I could not recommend these organizations to anyone other than Realtors whom also have little choice.
