As an appraiser it would be nice if our mls system was compatible with Datamaster's website so I could utilize their services.

I truly do not see what services you provide to us to substantiate your fees and the billing system is terrible and unclear. I received a voicemail this weekend that I had until 9/28 to pay my MLS fee. So on 9/28 I sign on to pay it and there is a $25 late fee there that I cannot uncheck to pay on line. Absolutely annoying and misleading. I never get a bill in the mail like I should. The system is also confusing because the other fees are separated, I think the MORE dues, we get notice on them some time in the Summer and yet they are not due until December but the MLS bill is some how due much more quickly.
I am so upset about this $25 right now I cannot stand it. As if the threat of our access to the MLS being turned off isn't enough incentive, you have to tap us with a late fee before that even happens. How can you justify that!? It certainly isn't costing MORE any money for me to lose my MLS access! Ridiculous!!

I've been a long time (over 10-year member of CAR) and find their website and member benefits to be much greater. It's not that there is anything terribly wrong, I just miss CAR.
