How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Why is it so inconvenient to fill out our online listing agreements? You should be able to enter in typed information and then save it with all the information that you typed. Forcing agents to print these documents is so wasteful.

Good selection of CE & locations (although there's an obvious bias to south locations). Suggestion: enable adding multiple courses to cart before check-out (or am I missing something? - had to individually pay for each and every course.)

What could we do to improve?

The service is expensive for a self-employed business owner. It's not clear how the fees translate into value, as in, the opportunity to generate new business. Clearly, there is a service provided, but how do I translate that into making more money than I pay? I know that's not "your problem", but it is my business need.
