Get the different boards to agree that all agents must obtain a SentriLock Card. This will greatly improve homeowner security and make showings easier for all.

Your staff (not a good enough title) is amazing.
Disappointed that when you put your lisence on hold that after decades of paying dues and becoming a disabled, my husband is charged a up fee for sitting in on a class for CE.
You may want to rethink this. There are a lot of referrals out there that could be directed to Main Street agents and keeping these agents in the loop is critical to maintaining those leads at a low cost.
Just a thought.

I find that you do not service the realtors when crappy things in marketing is being abused.

You already gave me back my one day codes! You still have a problem of the northern and eastern part of your area feels like second class citizens. I noticed some classes at the AH office and I hope we have more.
Where to begin? Anyway, tonight I still have to wonder why you rely on email at 9PM to send an invoice. Email is not a reliable form of business communication. That and I find it amazing that I was never informed that the Rockford & Freeport reciprocol benefits were removed without any notification.
My questions are always answered.

you have little available anymore (classes- activities from the Arl hts location where I am)
I noticed you have a bus from Downers grove and Tinley to go to Springfield but not arl hts
When their are live classes they are never in AH
