The prompt respectful reply. Sometimes an answer is so obvious I'm embarrassed through the phone line and not once has anyone been curt or implied irritation. Really feel safe calling and asking questions.

There should be a big huge red notice when I log in that says - You are due for CE requirements by such and such a date. This is something that us realtors have so far in the back of our minds that we don't realize it until the last minute
