A lot of free resources and classes to help real estate professionals, especially those just starting out. The fees are a little high.

Consistant & usefull. Your disclosures cannot be typed and one has to go to the IAR site to complete the forms. I have mentioned this before.

What could we do to improve?

Having only been a realtor for a few months, I don't have any input at this time. I do know that after taking the Jumpstart class, I was sold on Mainstreet! Can't wait to take more classes and participate in more activities.

most of the time when I call someone at the board, I get voice mail and it takes hours if not a day to get a call back. I have been a member of the board for 39 years and you used to be able to talk to a real person.
