Quick and helpful response
Easy to access online Sentrilock for remote availability.
Very professional, great classes. Really miss the Realtor store, though.
MORE is and has been solely concerned with MORE.
The needs of the leadership are consistently put ahead of the needs of membership.
Training is almost a joke. If you call you will wait on hold listening to a message about how important the members are to MORE.
Really nobody that I know believes that. This association is a Dinosaur waiting to die or go extinct.
It no longer serves a need or purpose. Take money from the wiorking members and spend it often foolishly.
Ah... Think I'll just talk to my cat. At least she'll purr & pretend to care!
Bit enough classes locally...and prices rising.

The fees
We are provided with a full complement of tools, a wide array of educational choices, and a knowledgeable staff.
I have been seeing lately that members who are not close to Downers Grove are second class members. I went to the Arlington Heights office one day to resolve a Sentrilock lockbox problem and to my extreme disappointment found out the office closes during the lunch hour. I haven't had a convenient time occur since then in my schedule to go back. It is certainly much closer than going to Downers Grove, but still takes time from my schedule unless I am going in that direction anyway. I have attended many classes there and found staff there checking people in and monitoring the programs which took place during the lunch hour. I had no reason to suspect that the office was not open at that time when there were no classes that day.
I used to volunteer for years on committees and the board and don't even feel acknowledged or welcomed any more. We are all strangers now and I see fewer and fewer people willing to be involved, or perhaps there are fewer people who are accepted to be involved.
Everything!
There is always someone who can answer questions or solve a problem when needed. Training and informational services are readily available.
Very service conscience to their agents and always up on the newest industry updates

It is a very good organization that offers many classs. Just wish there was an automatic credit card payment system to avoid the late charges.
