There is no other option....why would I have to RECOMMEND you to other Realtors?
You continue to go up on fees, but not service. In the pass you harass us for donating when paying fees, now you've simply added it to our fees. You have no idea how much work we have to do to get to the closing table, how many obstacles we have to overcome, how many miles we have to travel or expenses we have to pay especially for the Realtor whose client base is in the under $200,000 base. All you care about is raising fees to cover your expenses for work that is not directly helping us. Perhaps the Realtor with the million dollar clientele is not squeezed - but I am. I am not happy that all your fees have gone up.

Need better hours to accommodate all Realtors and not just Banker hours
I think the fees are just a little high, I don't do this full time so its expensive to maintain, not sure what other business charges this much just to keep access. Its crazy, you should take into consideration all the other fees we have to pay. The training class was very "new agent" focused. I have been and agent for 10 years and didn't need to be there. I had to take off of work, it should be optional or only for truly new agents. I had talked with someone there and explained my situation but they said I still had to, well If that's the case then make it relevant to my level too. Very basic info is not helpful.
I always find the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable !

All forms should be able to get straight from mred. Should not have to go looking for it!
It is not that you have disappointed me. I can't imagine a circumstance where I would recommend Mainstreet. It is a given isn't it? As far as I know you are our only choice. One thing about the entire industry I would comment on is that everyone is offering similar services to us, similar contact management programs, search programs, etc. To learn them all and to pick the one we care to use is so time consuming it is unimagineable. And all the services want us to pay them. It would be good if we had one service that supplied all. Many of the upgrades we receive take more time to learn than the return on value we get. The industry on line is almost out of control. I also wish that our listings were "ours" not given to trulia, zillow, etc. Who then market them back to us or sell them to someone else. I fell all of this is out of control.

Zero benefits to being a member if you have to work full time to make ends meet. All you do is ask for money, then give it to politicians. If I want to make any political contributions, I would choose them myself.

Questions are answered quickly and the correct person of whom to ask those questions to is easily found.
