Very good seminars, great topics, and great speakers
Anytime I have called with questions or problem, I have been very satisfied with the response and the efficiency. This has even occurred during "non" business hours when I still caught someone in the office (Fri after 5 pm). I was very impressed.

The whole process of selling real estate is confusing, fees coming at me from seemly everywhere. It's hard to see how people do this for a living full time. I wish it was more straightforward.
