The administrative personnel are top notch professionals. Mainstream offers a lot of programs of substance that benefit its membership.
I like Mainstreet Organization of Realtors because I am reminded what I should do, informed about changes in real estate rules and regulations and that I have been offered classes and events to attend (some of them free too).

Our board needs to be more forceful in regards to our mls and their complete lack of control over the way Realtors conduct their business. I have said this before to MORE and will say it again. I have been a member for 32 yrs and spent 12 years on the board of directors and i have never before seem such a massive group of unprofessional agents and their companies attempting to conduct real estate sales. We have so many fly by night companies that are run by untrained managing brokers/owners that then hire new agents that themselves don't have a clue what to do. Blind leading the blind. It's a shame because it was not always like this. You will fight the obvious...We are way too big and have too little control...Name removed
