What could we do to improve?

I would give a 10 but I'm not supportive of automatically billing for RPAC on our semi and annual billings. I'm a Major investor and have called people out for not giving their fare share but this a tactic that I won't support.

No disappointment, just as a new agent in the business its hard to pour out cash dues here dues there semi dues annual dues. And continuing education dues
