I feel the fees are high compared to other organizations. I found a cheaper option for CE this year .. I like Mainstreet but feel that there was no response to the covid19 outbreak. I never received an email about my fees being due .. I just remembered today .. the 23rd .. that fees are due in March, September & December

All the folks that I have ever worked with have always been incredibly helpful and extremely patient! I very much appreciate the association and all the forms who work there.

I was very disappointed that you did not email copies of our invoices. Many people are not aware that due are due tomorrow. I would not have known had I not put in a listing. Also, many companies like Zillow, Trulia, and others are now selling properties and competing with Realtors. We share our listing with them and they turn them around and receive our leads. They do not want to give us the email addresses or contact information.
Also, many of my clients have told me that when I put them on the Alerts the turn around time is very slow. Zillow, Trulia, Redfin are much faster. So, why are we paying all of these fees. What sets us a part.
Also, I just saw in Realtor.com that we can win leads. What is that all about? Why would we have to wind leads. Why are we not given the leads. It very hard to be a Realtor Today!
Mainstreet is really great with in person assistance. Getting to speak with a live person is key.

Stop making the RPAC donation mandatory.. it shouldn't be forced into the cart. Donations are a choice last time I checked.
Responsive to issues. Timelines. Educational services are exceptional and are accessible and flexible.
I belong to two Realtor Associations and find that Mainstreet outshines the others by offering more classes with intelligent and interesting speakers. They listen and adapt to changing Markets and offer its members the most up to date technology. I am proud to say I am a member of Mainstreet Board of Realtors.
The staff is so helpful, no matter how unusual the question. I also like the classes they offer and some of the instructors are amazing.

I normally pay my dues in person not electronically and the Tinley office is not open. I don't remember seeing an email stating this was being done. I am a first responder as well this is just the flu bug.

Concerning the forms & contracts on your website - - When we use the site to print up a listing agreement or an offer to purchase (7.0) - the printing is so very tiny that it looks like we are trying to hide something from the client. It is downright embarrassing. I have called - as have other agents - and was told they are aware of it and are working on it. Why can't this be fixed ???
