I just joined and have had nothing but positive experiences. Everyone has gone above and beyond to make this experience pleasant and welcoming from day 1. My calls and paperwork were received and processed without delay. The learning tools seem plenty and available. 10 out of 10 for me so far.

I am mostly pleased, but I wish that your wouldn't automatically assume that I wish to make a donation to RPAC on every invoice. I don't think these donations should added to each invoice.

Very easy to use & a lot of resources
I have been trying to get an email bill for years and it never happens. Every year I call and they confirm my email and then I do get a receipt but then the following year nothing until my access is turned off and I have to pay a late fee plus be annoyed. There must be a glitch in your suystem that kicks my email out every year and no one has bothered to fix.
The staff is very knowledgeable and the speedy response is unbelievable.
