Prices are more reasonable for dues and education. When I have a question, people are polite, professional, and quick to get back to me.

MainStreet has great informational videos and updates it's members.
I have had an issue with 1 of the managing broker who now have fled the country. That was the only time I had reached out to MORe for help and no one wanted to help. As per everyone at MORe, response was there is nothing we can do. Around 30 sales agent and I had lost our commission but MORe did not wanted to get involved. I have filled this survey out before but not 1 person have reached out to me to resolve this issue till this date.
Managing broker was US Realty based out to Schaumburg. Owner was Marcel Saudas.

You MUST take steps in stopping the HIGH AMOUNTS OF MONIES LISTING AGENTS ARE
CHARGING......Example.....They will say they are giving the Buyer's agent a 2 1/2% commission
MINUS $300 OR $350. Just the other day I was looking at a condo Listing that was listed for
$117000 K. 2 1/2% MINUS $475. Meaning that Sellers agent is taking over 17% of the Buyer's commission back.
Is that agent looking out for their Seller's Best Interest???? What Agent who is looking for a Condo for his Buyer is going to show that Listing knowing they have to give back over 17%???
This has to be CAPPED SO THAT THIS NON-SENSE HAS TO STOP.

I think the bill we just paid was very confusing. If someone did not want to pay the extra $20, how could they eliminate it if paying on line?
