Tools and Training are exceptional! I would love to see more automation on the form side - specifically on brokerage-specific forms.

Auto updates, all questions answered in a excellent timely manner
I am talking about recent experiences prior to the virus outbreak. Phone calls oftentimes go to voice mail, no response to emails, calls are not returned, staff does not answer questions accurately many times, ridiculous rule that Sentri Card cannot be used as a backup to the app. I plan on leaving Mainstreet this year after being withdrawn the organization my entire career.

Continuously fail to compete with other Real Estate websites in terms of technology. Also amid a state crisis you have not postponed dues deadlines when the state has extended the deadline for renewal. So pathetic!

With the current economy, loss of jobs and ability to work it would have been nice if the dues were postponed. The tax filing deadline and broker renewal were both extended.

I have been a Realtor for FIFTY years and always proud of my Association with the Mainstreet since it's initial entrance into the Real Estate community. They have always been very specific in their concern for their members but at the age that I am in, I am particularly aware of their patience with the "past" generation and I am truly VERY appreciative. My gratitude
I am not a fan that the RPAC fee is forced upon us. If nothing else, then bury it in the dues. Why can't we have a choice whether to pay into RPAC or not?
Responsive and considerate
It was very disheartening to see that Kate sax. Who is the vice president of professional development put out a video stating that realtors should find other sources of income without realtors in order brokers paying her salary there would be no Main Street. No was not the time for those kinds of comments end it truly is a disappointing reflection on main street as a whole. What's even more disappointing as she Is a vice president and people look to her for leader ship which she's not providing as clearly stated by her insensitive Vimo video. These are tough times for us all and we should stick together to get through this. Perhaps a change in leadership is in order

I am an independent broker with a small realty group. I do not have a lot of transactions, nor do I utilize all of the tools and resources offered by Mainstreet. Mainstreet could enhance its value to me by offering different membership packages based on usage as opposed to flat fees across the board.
Mainstreet is very responsive in answering emails and friendly service.
