Monthly, yearly, etc fees are too high
From time to time I have questions and I know I will get the help when I make the call.
Less costly and your location closer than NASBR.
I actually went online and "chatted," and they answered my questions right away.
It is so large plus it has all sorts of tools available ShowingTime, sentrilock and Homesnap. Not so fond of Remine though
They are always provide the most current and updated services
Great training opportunities at reasonable cost.
The private lsiting network needs some overhauling, there should be photos and a price point and important information included in a listing in the private network.
Remine shoud not pull up every state, Ilinois should be the default in a serach of names or addresses.
State of the art cutting edge info all the time
I'm fairly new to the organization and have not yet had a chance to take advantage of all the membership benefits. But, prior to the COVID quarantine and restrictions it was all the networking events. Can't wait for those to return.
Mainstreet provides great educational opportunities with really talented teachers, is well organized in keeping our continuing education current, and supports great causes to support the surrounding communities like the NAR/MORe Placemaking Grant Program.
They are always quick and helpful.
