For a large association, all questions are answered timely. Website is very user-friendly and the education department is very up to the minute and keeps us informed.

The customer service. Caci has always been so helpful and extremely kind. As a new agent you come across some and their attitudes are poisonous. It’s so refreshing to get someone on the phone or email who shows they care!!

Easy to access and good training
Your invoice hides two voluntary contributions in the bill which are not required to be paid yet they appear as part of the bill. That is not being upfront to the patrons and hiding a voluntary bill.

The services are great BUT TOO EXPENSIVE, The NAR and local associations invite competitors. The industry is changing and the bigs are in trouble.
Seems like a great organization with a lot of benefits but still seems expensive. I paid my pro-rated dues (which are very high) then seem to get billed about every two months for something. As a new realtor we have very high expenses just to get started with establishing a marketing campaign, printing costs, state mandated training classes, MORE mandated training, and the list goes on and on. Not much time or money left to get the business started. It's a hard business to get established in so the Association of Realtors should be a less expensive endeavor. No wonder first time Realtors go broke before they even get started.
The association always shows their sincere efforts when assisting, encouraging and helping all facets of the real estate industry.
