I do have an issue with having to come all the way to Downers Grove to update and fix my old Sentrilock card, is there a way to do this online or call and order a new card without having to drive so far, as I live in Sandwich, IL?

Absolutely no value whatsoever. When I call, no answer. And I rarely have to call. The association does nothing for me yet not only are there unnecessary dues and fees, they go up often.
You offer excellent education and networking opportunities and are very responsive any time I call regarding Pro Standards or other issues. Very polite, positive, helpful staff members.
