Why are there so many "tagged on" fees that we pay without our permission? I'm a part-time realtor, and a school teacher full-time. I don't make that much money yearly in real estate. Right now I pay $79.00 per month to Coldwell Banker. They also charge about $800 at the end of each year. Then Mainstreet charges me twice a year for dues, and a huge amount at the end of each year with additional fees tagged on that are not even required (but not able to be "turned off". It costs thousands of dollars to be a realtor per year. That is more than I have even made in 3 years of working part-time. What is this career like this? I work really hard for my clients, but receive nothing in return. This summer I have been out almost every night and every weekend showing homes, but still will have very little in return. This is a very unfair system. My accountant calls it a "hobby" every year with the huge amount of money that goes into real estate, but the tiny bit of money actually being saved. This system is just not fair. We need better systems in place for those who work full-time versus part-time in the business.

I do not think it is right to automatically charge the RPAC voluntary fee. You make it difficult to remove and it comes across sneaky. It appears as if this is not an option and you are banking on people not paying attention to this fee.

Remine is terrible- I know the overwhelming feedback on remine has been negative and yet you continue to stick with remine. Go back to realist

I used to get better answers to questions that help me proceed as a professional. Many of them are not knowledgeable enough or know enough to be in the professional standard. Few times the told me google it. I found it not adequate or professional. One lady I asked she emailed pages to read she did not want to spend any efferot to educate herself and talk to me. we are all paid to do the job right
