I don’t like your residential listing agreement. I don’t really see the benefits of switching the organization from Chicago association of realtors.

Very organized and supportive of Realtor needs. Lots of training if needed, and in touch with the needs of Realtors.

Education programs are good, but you need to try typing and duplicating your forms for use. I did a Rental lease and I could not fill in all the blanks.
