Great classes and instructors
It is so nice to have Mainstreet as a resource. Every time I call for help there is always someone there to help and they are always very pleasant and knowledgable.

Being new, I went with the source that was recommended. I'd like a more reasonably priced option or at least payment plan option.
Easy to use
The MLS is easy to navigate. I wish the MLS had a version of Dotloop. Dotloop has issues shrinking signatures when resending and cannot figure out why. Thank you

I am new to this association, but so far, I like the information to start my business is clear and easy to follow.
Even though I paid the dues now I don't find it necessary to be sending the invoice out so far ahead of the payment date. About three months would be sufficient.
Caci has just helped me open my office with the utmost professionalism and speed. I thank her so much for her help!!!

As an association member I have always been able to take classes and meet people at events thus growing my business, my exposure and my education. I have participated in Mainstreet programs more over the past few years than I did early on in my career
With the pandemic, Mainstreet really stepped up and offered classes and webinars remotely so that as agents we could still conduct our business and not feel like the world had come to an end. Fortunately Mainstreet had the technological equipment in place and staff that were willing to make it work. For that I am extremely grateful. I know it was not easy for staff to learn new web based communications and I really appreciate that they took on the challenge. Being able to connect with other agents and staff was the calm in the storm when we were stuck at home. I wish more agents had taken advantage of the services Mainstreet offered at that time. I hope and encourage them to look more closely at what their association is doing for them and their business. Thank you for making Proxio available to us. .

I didn't know about my dues until after they were late, that is the only time someone contacted me to pay them. I had to pay a fee but I would have paid sooner if I had known.
