When ever I call i get a voice-mail. We shouldn't expect to get voice-mail for a service we pay substantially for.

Absolutely no value whatsoever. When I call, no answer. And I rarely have to call. The association does nothing for me yet not only are there unnecessary dues and fees, they go up often.

Mainstreet does not seem to be interested in protecting the rights of real estate agents. You need to be more proactive in what is allowed and not. Sites like Red Fin are taking over markets, which will mean less agents and less members for Mainstreet.
The fees are increasing at an alarming rate.
Just got done paying $450 to you, that's why. Economy is crumbling and you're raising fees while shutting down offices and scaling back.
Fees should be monthly like other organizations. It is hard to pay in lump-sum.

I'm disappointed this year of 2022 because Mainstreet Organization will not be providing additional bus transportation for those attending only on Tuesday, March 29th.for Capitol Conference. The bus is only for YPN and RPAC major investors. Collectively,(all general members) who pays MRED fees semi- and annual fees IS a major investment year after year. If CAR can continue to offer the Capitol Conference FREE to its general member, MRED should and could. That's not good business and unappreciative.

The fees are a little crazy, seems like you constantly are getting bills.
1) Your fees are too high
2) You sell critical info to competitor sites like Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com that eliminates the need for the consumer to seek a licensed real estate agent to house hunt
3) I completely disagree with your politics
4) You threaten and stifle free speech and opinions that are guaranteed by the 1st Amendment
5) You do not enforce your own rules and ethics equitably
6) You promote and stress importance of issues that are contrary to facts, in deference to feelings and social justice
After 44 years of membership, I have seen things that were promoted, ignored or condoned by the MLS and your predecessors that disgusted me and it continues today.

Ease of getting ahold of someone when needed.
MRED MLS provides all the necessary services that I need for my work. When I have any issues with the MLS system, your representatives are there to resolve the problem. MRED MLS is not a difficult system to operate and is usually available for use. My only concern or issue is directed at some Realtors that chose to not properly complete property information.
I believe that the organization contributes to right wing political groups. That is unacceptable.
