Service was great-I dealt with a different person when I bought my bike, called on status of my new bike, and when I picked it up. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice to work with.
I thought they were very easy to work with. When I told them I would take care of a couple things that were directly related to what they were going to do, they agree to that instead of not allowing me the choice. The labor cost was more than reasonable.
I think they are successful in part by working efficiently, doing the job right, good customer communications and treating customers correctly which will have them coming back again and again.
Dan was a big help explaining about cassettes and cranks for touring. Will see him for my next bike.

On both of my visits the entire staff was very helpful and friendly going above and beyond to help me find the parts I needed. On my second trip, I believe the man’s name was Frank, even took the time to pull up google maps on his computer and show me some cool trails to check out. Excellent customer service!!

Owner Dan is very knowledgeable and quite helpful. High level of technical expertise. Nice selection of accessories available. Small shop but good selection of mostly Trek branded bicycles for all ages and abilities. What they don’t have, they can get. Been going there for many years. Recommended.
