Dan was … the most patient, most kind, most thorough salesperson to my three very pick kids that came in for new helmets! He did not hesitate to pull out almost every helmet they had in stock and let my kids see all the colors and try them on. He was very tolerant of their questions and requests. My son could have cared less about getting a new helmet when he saw all the bikes! He really wanted a new bike. Dan tried to cheer him up many different ways. He was so encouraging and understanding. I am so grateful for his approach. Another type of salesperson may have thought my kid was a brat and rolled their eyes, but Dan said he had a son the same age and took a caring approach instead. Thank you, Dan! We will be back!
