I brought in a very old bike for casual use and they did what they could without trying to oversell me on costly repairs that wouldn’t have made sense or, on the other hand, sell me a new bike. ( that’s not what I wanted.)
They fixed everything I asked that coujd be done. And they were helpful and kind. I think they’re great!
All sales people were incredible helpful. Needed a new tube and they patiently guided me thru how to put tire back on my bike over the phone. Let me submit photos and they walked me thru. Very helpful and patient!!

I’ve made numerous purchases from Salem Cycle. The staff is friendly, and the products are always ready when they say they will be. I’ve always had positive experiences there.
The folks I've been served by the last year (Marcy, Austin, Conor... didn't get the names of the two guys at Marblehead Cycle) have been patient with me (I've asked for lots of answers and suggestions) and accommodating (e.g., able to leave the shop with tubes they had on hand even though my online order hadn't been processed yet).
