I’ve made numerous purchases from Salem Cycle. The staff is friendly, and the products are always ready when they say they will be. I’ve always had positive experiences there.
The folks I've been served by the last year (Marcy, Austin, Conor... didn't get the names of the two guys at Marblehead Cycle) have been patient with me (I've asked for lots of answers and suggestions) and accommodating (e.g., able to leave the shop with tubes they had on hand even though my online order hadn't been processed yet).

Unfortunately i had to get a refund on a bike i ordered back in October. I was told that due to Covid 19 there were problems with shipping and other things that delayed the bike. After six (6) months of waiting and shipping dates being changed a few times my granddaughter, who i purchased the bike for wanted a refund so we could look elsewhere for a bike. I would still recommend your store to others because none of this was your fault and everytime i called to see the status of the bike whoever i spoke with was always professional and courteous.
