My brake pads were squealin' like they were about to become bacon. The young professional who help me this Sat most likely heard my bike comin'. I only intended to make a quick pit stop to purchase fresh brake pads and solve the problem later myself. $68 and change later I can hit the brakes with confidence and without cringing. I didn't explicitly ask for him to clean and replace the brakes he just did it, and he did it attentively and knowledgably. If I had a better memory I would include the kids name since he deserves all praise that comes his way. Not only did he greet me and help out out politely and promptly, but, during what looked to me like a pretty busy Sat, he did the same for every other customer who came in. Your shop in Marblehead is fantastic and hires like him are precisely why. Good hire, good kid, great experience. Thank you!
