I like the fact that two workers showed me how to reconnect my front tire. I have had my bikes serviced here in the past and the service has always been wonderful. All of the workers are friendly and attentive.
Price for the tune up on my bike were very fair. Plus the job was done in only a couple of days and that exceeded my expectations for a turnaround time.
