I was trying to figure out how use a Thule ride-on adaptor with my Rhino rack, which has a very wide aerodynamic bar profile. The stock carriage bolts for this unit were too short. The folks a Salem Cycle repeatedly did measurements of the ride-on adapter until I had confidence my plan would work. Based on this, I ordered the adapter from them. Thanks for all the help.
In this day and age, it is important to have a good, knowledgeable, and well stocked local bike shop. I like to see parts and get recommendations on what to buy. Salem Cycle is just that, a good local bike shop that I expect to use often

Marblehead cycle has always been my “go to” cycle shop. I’ve lived in Marblehead for 62 years and I have never purchased a bike from anywhere other than Marblehead cycle because of their professionalism, expertise, and caring nature.
Keep doing what you’re doing. Great customer service and extremely fast. When I eventually purchase a new bike, I can’t think of anywhere else I’d rather purchase from.
Although the turn time on bike service is lengthy I was ver happy to get my bike serviced in a timely manner

For 8 years Salem Cycle has treated me like family that you actually can tolerate. While my days are lonely and my nights are cold; I know that I can always count on Salem Cycle. Hopefully someday you'll organize a crazy senior citizen biking club for rides between the senior center in Salem to the senior center in Marblehead with frequent stops for Adrenochrome and Ben-Gay.

Connor spent time helping me decide which bike lock to purchase for my grandson. Since it was not in stock, he called to locate one which he ordered for me and called as soon as the part came in.
