I have a very old Cannondale mountain bike that I love. The bike had a flat tire and had not been serviced since before COVID. I called and asked whether I could bring the bike in. They said I had to go online and schedule a service appointment. That was quite easy to do, though quite a long wait, about three weeks. I think that is because there are so many customers and they want to give really good service. I even had a courtesy reminder of when to bring the bike in a day before the appointment.
I asked that they give the bike a THOROUGH tune-up. It really needed attention. They emailed me when the bike was ready, about a week later.
Marblehead Cycle did a fantastic job! My 25-year old bike is humming with new life. And they even cleaned it so it almost looks like new. I would definitely tell anyone wanting service on their bike to go to Marblehead Cycle.
