Every quarter I get a bill for the service for which I have already paid. This didn't happen the first couple years of our contract. Now it happens every time. Eventually, you seem to straighten things out internally, but I still have to keep track of that bill until I know that you've got your bookkeeping caught up; a minor but persistent annoyance. The sprayer guys have all been thorough and pleasant, and you've bent over backward to accommodate my schedule and idiosyncrasies.

I own a 4-plex that you take care of and you are supposed to let the tenants know when you are coming. On the last visit, your report said that only two of the four units were treated. I called to ask why and the lady said she would have Johnny call me. He never did.

The appointment was made for between 8 and 9 a.m. Someone was at the building waiting for the technician however he did not show up. He called me at 1:15 and asked if someone would meet him. I informed him that the appointment was between 8 and 9 and he said he was told that it was between 11 am and 1 p.m. Need to make sure appoint times are given to the technician as they are given to the customer.
