For several months now I have asked copies of both invoices be sent to me. I have two properties one for $59 and one for $149. I have my account set up as auto pay on the credit card and need copies of the invoices. The only invoice I ever get is the one for $59 and I have to call/email to request the $149 invoice. I do eventually get it but it takes several days. I should NOT have to continue to request invoice copies! The aggravation of having to do so makes me think that maybe I should consider other pest control options.

I have no problem with the gentleman who comes and sprays. However, I have been greatly disappointed with your inability to contact us in a timely manner about visits prior to their happening. I find it strange that the first time it happened I was informed that you had switched from postcards to email to notify customers of upcoming visits, and yet I had never been asked for an email address- therefore I had NO way of knowing he was coming. I baby sit for a young grandchild 3-4 days per week and need ample notice if I need to take her off the premises for a couple of hours. As a result I missed having my entire house sprayed, and the last time had the service postponed because your new policy was to do no part of the spraying if I had not been notified. I would appreciate better organization on your part to keep our home and yard on a schedule that works for us.
