I love BugMaster - they always send me the same serviceman which means he knows my property and what to do, and it also puts me at ease because I know I can trust him. Plus, he's probably the nicest guy in the world and he's always right on time. I know BugMaster respects my time and I love that they call to schedule my quarterly appointments. It's amazing how fast 3 months flies by and I would definitely forget to do it, but they're on it and my house is bug free and I thank them for it. Great service, great people, great company!

Friendly and complete work
I went to meet the exterminator at the designated time & no one ever came. It is my daughters house so I have to go over there to meet him. It seems like he could call if no one is there when he comes. He knows I don't live there & my daughter works.

The gentleman who comes to service our house is awesome and extremely polite, does a great job. I hesitate to recommend you because your people who call to schedule with us seem confused. Maybe ya'll switched software? You told me I had an appointment and you would come between 8-5 on that day. I didn't set up an appointment with you but it was not too hard to reschedule my day to be at home. Nobody ever showed up. I got another call to tell me I had an appointment with ya'll the next week (one I did not set up, again). When I told her what had happened she said she'd check and get back with me. I didn't get a call back. She wasn't rude, just seemed confused. This is not a big deal and we are happy with your service (our bugs die). But, since you asked, I thought I'd let you know that I will wait til that gets straightened out before recommending ya'll to my friends.
