I recieve reminders and a call from tech at least 20 mins before he arrives.

Very knowledgeable about products and services. Felt more at ease when everything got started.
My tech, Joey, is thorough in treating my property. The thing I like about Bugmaster is that he always says on the way out, "If you have any problems, call Bugmaster. We have only had one occasion to call back. Joey came back, treated and solved the problem and there was no additional charge. With Bugmaster it's not a once in three months treatment. It's ongoing.
Jesse our tech is so nice and helpful. He's especially careful with our dogs.
I like your service because you service technicians always do a good job and do as we ask. They arrive on time and on the day scheduled.
I think the serviceman you send ehre to us does a good job and is willing to listen to our requests to get rid of any pests we have.
The service tech is unsure of the terms of our contract. He gives us little feedback on the condition of the apartment homes and things we should be aware of. He has told residents they need full clean out treatments before discussing with office which has caused resident frustration. There has also been a report by residents on different treatment days that he did not treat their home when we shows he did on the log. But the service rep has always quickly answered or responded to our requests.

Instruct your guys to wear booties inside. Sometimes they forget. Also instruct them to put them on once they get inside. They should not go in and out with them on.
I don't have any bugs in my house.
I like that you check for a date that is convenient for me according to my plan; that you will come back if needed and that I do not see a lot of the pests you are spraying for - I live in the country, so I can not get rid of everything, but your service helps me to tolerate what is here.
Service technicians are cordial and trustworthy.
Prompt attention to our problem. We had a horrible cricket problem around the entrances and drive thru. They came out the very next day to spray all outside perimeters.
Fire ant baits need a residual. I am acquiring huge fire ant beds in my yard

So far so good!! Still see bugs, but they look like there still dieing off.. Compared to place that were heard about, y'all seem the best!! Thank u so much!! :)

Everyone is always great and helpful when I call. We have needed someone to come out between quarterly visits and every one is happy to make sure we are taken care of promptly. Our technician, Joe, is one in a million. He's good at what he does and is super friendly!
