We really like the professionalism, competence and friendliness of your technicians, especially Jon Holmes. He provides great service and our kids love him, follow him around when he comes over, and he never seems to mind. In fact, when we moved we specifically requested thatJon service our new house. What do you like about our services?

The latest technician was very knowledgeable about insect/pest control. He also applied ant control gel around the kitchen and bathroom outlets as we suspect that is where most of the tiny ants enter our house. Good job The Bug Master. :)

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The tech left my gate standing wide open. I left the home shortly after he left and noticed when I came back, that it had been left open. All of the other techs who have come to my home have closed and locked my gate when they were finished with the job.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I live out in a Rual area. I am very seldom home when the technician is out and about. I use to never have a problem having someone come inside my home without me being there for him to spray. Now I always get only outside the home spraying and no interior because the technician will not enter my home without me being present. This is very upsetting because it needs to be done inside and outside (which is what I am paying for) If I am not at home I need the job to be done....I don't know what else to do because I have said on more than 1 occasion that I do ALLOW anyone from Bug Master to come inside my house without me being there

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

i have one properpty i manage that used you all for trapping of rodents. I repeatedly told the inspector to call the 4 owners for access to their units. This was never done; just repeatedly trapping in the garage. We went to someone else. I have another property where rodent trapping was done, and that was fine. In the interim, I was sent over a quarterly pest inspection for insects, which the board of directors did not agree to, nor sign off on. Johnny at BugMaster went anyway and I am being hounded by his calls to my personal cell phone (he had that as i used you all at my house for carpenter ants; the tech didn't know what he was there to do, didn't do what was bid and after one return trip, i went elsewhere) about the invoice for this unauthorized spraying. I've spoken with his office on more than one occasion and told him repeatedly that they are not paying for something they didn't request. He jumped the gun thinking they would approve the contract. The last time i heard from him was last week, and he mentioned collections. You do not want to go there. I've asked him to resend the contract and if i could get the board to approve it this go round, all would be good. He resent the invoice. Unbelievably bad customer service as well as actual treatments.

I'm not sure someone stopped by last time because there was no notice in the door like usual. And a really big roach crawled across the floor last night very much alive.
