I have had a a lot of bugs in my house these last two treatments. Up to this point I have been quite satisfied with the treatment of just spraying the eves.
Having said this, I need to say that initially I requested, rather than treating the inside of my house, that you folks treat the outside, as that is where bugs come from. In the beginning, after the initial treatment you treated both the perimeter of the outside ground level in addition to spraying under the eves at the same time. Recently for the last several treatments I have only received the under eves spray treatment. This application is not getting the stink bugs, earwigs, and small crawlies, along with some large and small roaches.
Can you please come back and treat the outside ground level perimeter of my home to rid me of these uninvited house guests? When I received this kind of treatments there were virtually no bugs in my home.

The chemicals you use seem to have caused quite an inflammatory reaction in one of my dogs. I am always concerned about the use of chemical substances in my home. I could not recommend your service to anyone with pets, and based on that reaction, they're probably not great for use around humans either. I will have to switch to a chemical free company.
Received call several days in advance of the next treatment visit. Technician was on time, explained what he was going to do and asked for our concerns so he could address them, also. He spent considerable time both inside and outside spraying. Gave us an oral summary of what he did when he was finished.
Friendly service at an affordable price
Not sure how to address this question since I have received good customer service throughout. There have been a number of times I had to request a retreat due to ants, etc., but that was taken care of each time. We have had a ants getting back into the house and I am wondering about the outside treatment (bates?) and its longevity.

I have been having issue with bites in the living room for the past few months and everytime someone does come in ....I manage to mention and still don't see any effects
