That someone comes when I call. And when my husband was very ill before he died, the same person came out whom First name removed was comfortable around to service the place.
Next, the staff explained how to save money when it was costing too much.

I have had the same technician for over a year and I appreciate how he knows what I need and don't need. He is very courteous and professional.

My technicians have always been on time, professional and courteous. I also like how there is very little turnover so I always know who is coming to treat the house and yard. If I ever have a problem in between scheduled treatments, I have never had to wait more than 1 day or 2 for service. I think they are a fantastic company!

Very proffesional, and thorough, and when we seen bugs again they have come out for free. I live in a duplex and am responsible for our own extermination, but our neighbors do not exterminate, so it is a constant problem I bought the service plan for a year and inbetween apointments they always come out if needed. Awesome job.
Notification is not dependable. I do appreciate thorough treatment & friendliness of workers.

They schedule the service, drop by and do the treatment without requiring someone to be here. They even handle wasps and mosquitoes.
after the bug stray, called and told you that there were Honets nests and bees still alive, was told that someone would come out and kill them. honets still alive right now, no idea if someone ever came out to deal with that issue, appears not.. called HOA, they will come and deal with the honets now. not you anymore

I can reach a live person when I call, the treatment kills or will kill the pests (if not immediately then within a very short time), folks are nice and courteous.
Train, over-see and assist new technicians. They should not be sent out alone until proven qualified. The first tech sent out lacked problem solving skills, equipment, initiative and basic knowledge of how to perform his job. I sent him home. The second tech sent out was excellent. The salesman/manager was also excellent. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood. I had a lot of questions. I felt completely comfortable with his recommendations. Additionally he resolved the issue with the first Tech quickly and efficiently.

Office staff. Gave them my credit card info before the service and was told they would send a copy of the paid invoice. Called after a week and was emailed an invoice showing it was not paid. Had to call and get this straightened out. Gave them my credit card again and was told a copy of the paid invoice would be emailed to me. Had to call and ask for the paid invoice to be mailed to me.
